Here at the Cedars we have a selection of many different body treatments for you to try.


Salt Glow
Designed to stimulate circulation, this revitalizing full body scrub combines a blend of aromatic sea salts, mineral salts and aromatherapy essential oils. Whilst removing impurities and dead skin cells this is a deeply cleansing and exfoliating treatment. Completed with a shower and fragrant body milk it leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth.

Jojoba Scrub

Rose essential oil, Chamomile and Soapwort with Jojoba granuals work together to exfoliate dead skin cells, romoving accumulated residuals and skin impurities. Completing this treatment with a shower and fragrant body milk, leaving the skin feeling silky smooth.

 



Mud Wrap

Used to help relieve muscular tension and associated pain. Refreshing the skin this exceptional canadian moore mud is infused with natural vitamins, minerals and enzymes. After undergoing a full dry body brush, and wrapped from head to toe in warm mud your body will be elevated to a magnificently soothing state of relaxation and well being.


Clay Body Wrap

Possessing a massive amount of micronised minerals, vitamins and enzymes this treatment is used to detoxify and rejuvenate your skin. Incorperating a full dry body brush and then the applcation of the clay body mask. The minerals and enzymes in the clay can stimulate the blood supply, endowing you with increased relaxation, stress relief and leaving you feeling incredible!
 


Sauna and Aromatherapy Spa
Come and enjoy a rejuvenating sauna, layback and relax, let the steam melt away all your troubles. With ample room for two people to layback this sauna is the perfect medium to cleanse your skin and release all those built-up toxins.

Once you have spent time in the sauna, and have had a full body massage what better way than to hop into a large warm spa, and let the soft bubbles caress your by now worry free body.
 


Essential Oil Massage
Enjoy a relaxing full body massage using essential oils from a qualified masseur for a marvellous feeling of well-being and stress relief. Typically lasting for 60 mins, but longer can be arranged. Combining this with the sauna, and moving from the massage - after completion, to our large two person spa will leave your mind and soul feeling cleansed and refreshed.
 


Facials

Combining - cleansing, massage, exfoliation and a range of masks to suit your skin type :

  • Anti-Stress face mask (Jasmin) - Ideal for tired skin, restores vitality, calms the skin offering extra shine. The essential oils contained will relieve stress and tension.
  • Extra Revitalising face mask (Orange) - Revitalising and moisturing the skin, preventing premuture aging with vitamins C and E with extra shine.
  • Deep Moisturising face mask (Geranium) - Hydrating and maintaining moisture in the inner layers of the skin this mask is suitable for all skin types.
  • Deep Cleasing face mask (Green Argyle-Clay) - This Cleasing mask will unplug the pores, removing black heads, toning and revitalising the skin. Leaving the skin fresher and younger looking.
  • Firming face mask (Centella Asiatica) - Ideal for mature skin, firming and increasing skin elasticity and preventing premature aging, with Centella Asiatica and special anti-oxidants.
